Judge who ended probe of Koch activities in WI regularly attends Koch-funded junkets
A federal judge who stopped Wisconsin’s criminal investigation of spending during the 2011 and 2012 recall elections regularly attends all-expense paid junkets funded by a Koch brother and other conservative interests. District Court Judge Rudolph Randa blocked the ongoing criminal probe into illegal coordination between nonprofit advocacy groups such as the Wisconsin Club for Growth and the recall campaigns of Gov. Scott Walker and Republican lawmakers.
